I guess...the main clause will be "any mistake u make" and subordinate clause will be " can always be corrected."

Main clauses are also referred as independent clause. It refers to the phrase which can stand alone, though both have a subject and a verb.

Main clause in the above sentence is:

'Mistake can always be corrected.'

And, a dependent clause is the clause which cannot stand alone in its meaning. Therefore, dependent clause is:

'Any mistake you make.'
