Nofy? The hell does that mean?
Anyways, I suppose this NOFY is meant to be any normal matter with mass
First off, we are all already moving at the speed of light, I mean we are meant to, but since we move in space too, our speed is way less than c
So, to set an object at motion at the speed of light, first off you'll require infinite force, since at the speed of light, the momentum and the relativistic mass(just normal mass times gamma, google it) blows up to infinity(check the formula for gamma, can't type here)
Secondly, for the object at speed past, present and future would pass like glare simultaneously.
Thirdly, to an observer not moving with him, i.e. having a different frame of reference, the object will look contracted, owing to the law that speed of light is a constant
And if you are asking that can any object acquire that speed?
No, that's our speed limit for the universe, mass can hardly reach that speed, though in a particle accelerator 99% of the speed is attained.... Tachyons are hypothetical particles which are believed to surpass this limit
