Captain Saurabh Kalia was an officer of the Indian Army who was killed during the Kargil War while being held as a prisoner of war by the Pakistan Army. He along with five other soldiers of his patrolling team were captured alive and kept in captivity where they subsequently died.

Captain Saurabh Kalia was in Indian Army. During Kargil War, the Pakistani Army caught him and imprisoned along with other five soldiers.
He got killed in the Pakistani Prison.
Actually, it's all God's Grace and many people's prayers(also political pressure from UAE, Saudi Arabia,etc) that we got our Brave Soldier Abhinandan back... Feeling so happy for it...
A great salute to him (both Captain Saurabh and Abhinandan) and to all our soldiers
