Assume the value of a as 1 & 2, to check whether the resultant is multiple of which number.

 \rm a \times (a + 2) \times (a + 4) \\  \to1 \times (1 + 2)(1 + 4) \\ \to 1 \times 3 \times 5 = 15 \\  \therefore \:  \text{It is  \green{not} multiple of 1.}

Also,
