a) length of sides of triangle are given below determine which of them are right Triangle. In case of a right triangle write the length of its hypotenuse

1) 1.4 Cm, 4.8 Cm,5 Cm

just square them all and add up the squares of the smallest two and check whether the sum is equal to the square of third, if yes then triangle is rt. angled triangle and if not then it's not.

so in this case square them all to get
1.96, 23.04 and 25

now 23.04 + 1.96 = 25
therefore it's a rt. angled triangle
