I brought a smart phone from a shop but after returning my home when I just opened that box ,, there was a dummy phone ,, not the phone which I selected......
As I returned to that shop ,, the owner refused to accept his mistake ,, in starting I just got hurt but I thought that I was right it was his mistake ,, I asked for CCTV photage but he also refused for that,, ......
Then I warned him for that I have receipt ,, and right to go directly court against this....He just identified that there is a right by which I could complaint for that....
Then he returned by phone what I brought....
