Any ordinary law needs to be passed by both the Houses. But if there is a difference between the two Houses than what is the procedure to pass the law?

First both the houses sit together and discuss on the matter. If both do not agree with each other the bill pass to the governor then if he think the law is correct he sign it.

If there is a difference between the two Houses in an ordinary Law, then a joint sitting of both Houses can be done and voting done to make the Law.
There are special powers in the Constitution for such a circumstance and that can be exercised in such an eventuality.
There are a lot of examples in which it has been done in the past and is still done at present.
However, in case of a money bill, it can become a Law without being presented in any House.
