a speed math trick:

if you have to find out the square of any number that ends with 5 i.e, which has 5 in ones palce.

for example take 25

then,

step 1:

take the first digit of first number

25*25

step 2

add one to that number

then,25 becomes 35

step 3:

now multiply first digits of both the numbers

35 ,25

3*2=6

step 4:take the last digit of the number and square it.(i.e 5)

25*25

5*5=25

step 5:

now take the answers we got in step 1 and step 4

combine them to form the final answer i.e, to get the square

6 and 25

=625
