hey!!!...there are some good eating habits....
of which six are : -
1. chew properly( with no such noice which can disturb others)
2. take small bites or pieces because it is difficult to chew a big bite ...thoroughly indeed we will sallow it.
3. we should never drink water just before or just after and also not in between(exceptions-chocking) ..because when we take food in...it digests according to the system nd we we will drink water..the food will be unable to break down properly..
4.we should sit and eat in a proper manner...
5. should never hurry and eat the food with love..and before it we should thank GOD for the food..whether it is a pickle-chappati...or a big piece of mutton.
6.should eat in a hygiene manner...
should wash our hands properly especially nails..b4 eating and after eating rinse the mouth properly...coz not cleaning your mouth may lead to cavity kinds of problems..
