the meaning of the phrase is that it is easy to force a child to learn.but what a true teacher does is that he/she will motivate the child and potentially he will be good at learning. hope it helps

HELLO FRIEND!!!!

Here is your answer

LEANING AND TEACHING ARE BOTH RELATED PROCESSES .ANY TEACHER CAN GO IN A CLASS PICK UP A BOOK AND START NARRATING.BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT ANY TEACHING OR LEARNING IS HAPPENING . TEACHING IS AN ART .ANY TEACHER CAN TAKE A CHILD TO THE CLASS,BUT NOT EVERY TEACHER CAN MAKE HIM LEARN.A TEACHER MUST GRAB THE RIGHT MOMENT TO GIVE KNOWLEDGE.A STUDENT WILL NOT WORK JOYOUSLY UNTIL HE FINDS FREEDOM.ONLY A GREAT TEACHER REALISES THAT A CHILD'S MIND IS LIKE A SHALLOW STREAM WHICH RIPPLES AND DANCES MERRILY OVER THE DIFFICULTIES COURSE OF ITS EDUCATION .ITS THE DUTY OF THE TEACHER TO FEED THE STREAM SO THAT IT CAN TURN INTO AN OVERFLOWING RIVER.

Hope this will help you.
