Most common thing they can ask is

1. How many buttons are there in your shirt.

= So you don't have to look how many there are Normally there are 6 button but you should keep track of what you are wearing.

Main thing is being observant.

2. They may ask how many step it took you to come inside the room.

=Here they want to check you presence of your mind and your confidence they are not actually going to check how many steps actually you took.
