Any thing which is permanent like any recipe, which is even in past , present , future . Which tense name would we give to it ?
Either past ,present , future .....??

Present tense like do or does because it remains always and does not change
For eg
He eats an apple everyday
Eats-eat +does

Any thing that is universal truth or is in permanent,such statements come in Present perfect Tense.For example :-The Sun rises in the East.
