Bus Conductor : Sir, from where did you get on the bus?

Passenger         : Ajman

Bus Conductor : Where will you go?

Passenger         : I’ll go to Dubai.

Bus Conductor : Please give the bus fare.

Passenger         : Here’s 15 Dirhams.

Bus Conductor : Sorry sir, you have to give 20 Dirhams.

Passenger         : Why? 15 Dirhams is the bus fare from Ajman to Dubai.

Bus Conductor : The fare has been increased because of the rise in fuel price. You are to give 5 Dirhams more.

Passenger         : But the fare was 15 Dirhams even a couple of days ago!

Bus Conductor : Yes sir, But the fare has been increased since then.

Passenger         : This is unfair.

Bus Conductor : Sir, please don’t get excited.

Passenger         : Why wouldn’t I?

Bus Conductor : Sir, we’re just bus conductors. If you feel it’s unfair then talk to the company. But give the 5 taka fare now, or else the supervisor will cut it from my salary.

Passenger         : Okay, here’s extra 5 Dirhams.
