Organised Sector has following features -
Registered with the government and follow certain rules and regulations.
Follow various acts such as Minimum wages act , Provident fund act etc
There is security of employment.
Various benefits like PF , medical benefits , fixed working hours , paid leaves etc are enjoyed by workers in organised sector.
In contrast Unorganised sector has following characteristics -
Not registered with the government and hence do not follow any rules and regulations.
Not governed by any Act.
No security of employment.
In this sector there are no terms of employment and workers don't enjoy any benefits.
