The amnion is one of the two layers of membranes which surrounds the developing baby. The other is called the chorion; in practice the two can be peeled apart, but they are stuck to each other very closely throughout.
Since the amnion is a thin membrane around a space, you could call it the amniotic sac if you wanted.
The amnion encloses a fluid-filled cavity, which contains amniotic fluid (and also the baby and the umbilical cord). You could call this the amniotic cavity if you wanted.
