Natural gas is a mixture of gases which are rich in hydrocarbons

SYNTHETIC GASES

Different types of synthetic gases are

Producer gas:  Mixture of flammable gases and nonflammable gases, mainly carbonmonoxide and hydrogen in the former,and carbon dioxide and nitrogen for the latter.

Water Gas:  Is a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen

Oil Gas:   This is the gas formed by the thermal cracking of Crude Oil

Coal Gas: Gases are liberated in the high temperature carbonisation of coal
