Firstly, scan the problem, thoroughly, without leaving any piece of information.
Then, think about the feasibility of that problem, whether it can be solved .
If yes, then find the number of ways you can solve the problem in.
And then, according to your arsenal of formulae, proceed in solving the problem, in a way which suits you the best.
Now once you’re done, note down anything that seems new to you, as in some relation between sine and cosine, which actually, isn’t a formula. These kind of relations, can save tons of time and steps, when solving a Trig problem.
And, do make sure your basics are strong, that’ll help you tremendously !}{/tex}
