Even if you are using cutleries to eat your food, you are likely to touch your meal or bread with your hands, so better be safe and wash your hands. Even if you don’t care about hygiene, do this as respect for others, as you may have to pass something to them. Don’t just rinse your hands, use soap.
- Pay respect to the food - You don’t need to be a spiritual or a religious person to pay respect to the food. Take a moment to be grateful for the food that is available to you before you start eating. Don’t need to do it out loud, in your mind is good enough.
