If you are looking for studying wildlife conservation then you should look for WII-Wildlife Institute of India or NCBS-National Centre for Biological Sciences. They both offer Masters degree. There are other institutions as well.
Now, specific organisations which works with Migratory birds and their conservation are BNHS-Bombay Natural History Society, WII, SACON-Salim Ali Conservation of Nature Institute, NCF-Nature Conservation Fund... These organisation run various programmes in which you can participate as volunteer or intern.
