Speed = 0.16 m / s

Distance = 1 km 500m

Distance in it's standard unit ( m ) = 1000m 500m

=( 1000 + 500) m = 1500 m

Now, Speed = distance / time

Time = distance / speed

Time = 1500 / 1 / 6 = 9375 seconds.

$therefore \: 1km \: 500m = 1500m$
$since \: time \: taken \: in \: 10m \: = 1miute$
$therefore \: time \: will \: be \: taken \: to \: cover \: the \: distance \: 1500m \: = \frac{1500}{10}$
$= 150 \: minute$
$= 2 \: hours \: 30 \: minute$
