Area of trapezium = 1/2 * sum of parallel sides * height
162 = 1/2 * (23 + x) * 6
162 = (23 + x)3
23 + x = 54
x = 31
Therefore the other side is 31cm.

Area of trapezium
=1/2(sum of //sides)×height
Let the other side be x.
=>162=1/2(x+23)×6
=>162=3(x+23)
=>162-69=3x
=>3x=93=>x=31
Hence,other side is31cm.
