\Large{\underline{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{\red{Solution}}}}}}.

\Large{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{\orange{Given}}}}}

  • -14/63 = x/9 = -18/y

\Large{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{\orange{Find}}}}}

  • Value of x & y Or, (x,y)

\Large{\underline{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{\red{Explanation}}}}}}.

For Solution this,

Take first & second part

==> -14/63 = x/9

==> x = -14 × 9/63

==>x = -14/7

==>x = -2

Again, Take first & second terms

==> -14/63 = -18/y

Or,

==> -63/14 = -y/18

==> y = -63 × 18/14

==>y = -9 × 18/2

==>y = -9 × 9

==>y = -81

\Large{\underline{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{\red{Hence}}}}}}.

  • Value of x = -3
  • Value of y = -81

Or,

  • (x,y) = (-2,-81)

Since, your answer will be option number (d).
