anybody having courage to answer my question and that why salt dissolve in water easily than sugar

while u can know the answer by physically trying to dissolve both and u will find it's salt which gets dissolved the fastest..
Chemically speaking the compound formula of salt is NaCl which when added to water i.e H²O breaks down to Na+ and Cl- and forms NaOH with HCl this reaction doesn't requires high temperature requirements so it gives the reason to your question…
On the other hand we have sugar I.e C¹²H²²O¹¹ takes greater time to break down !
