strong acids are those that completely dissociate into ions when dissolved in water

weak acids are those that only partially ionise in water

strong acids have a lower pH than a weak acid at the same concentration

here, hydochloric acid, nitric acid, and sulphuric acid are strong acids

citric acid, formic acid and acetic acid are weak acids

Strong acids:

Hydrochloric acid

Nitric acid
