volume of cylinder=
\pi \: r {}^{2} h
=22/7*4.2*4.2*1000
= 55440 cm cube

shiny25: how u got 1000 d
Anonymous: because
Anonymous: height is 10m
Anonymous: i converted it into cm.
Anonymous: so 1000 cm.
shiny25: so u multiplied by 100

1) Given : Radius of cylinder =4.2cm
Height=10m=10x100 =1000cm
Volume of cylinder = pi r^2 h
=22/7 x 4.2 x 4.2 x 1000
=388080/7
=55440 cm^3

2) d=28 cm , r = 14cm
SA = 4 pi r^2
=4 x 22/7 x 14 x 14
=17248/7
=2464 cm^2

Hope this helps you.,!!
