Acc . To your Question it means why it is necessary to apply minimum wages act? This is because to prevent/secure the employees from exploitation by the private companies. Who want only their profit not for their employees.

Jo private companies ,contractor businessman sabhi normally only apne profit ki sochte h jitna vo krr skte h ishi liye vo log workers Kee Jo rights hote h unko bhi mna KR dete h or kmm wages dete h . So unless workers ko business man ke exploitation see bacchanal ke liye or unki wages ko ensure krne ke liye minimum wages act hote h .

jo private companies hoti thi woh apne profit dhundti thi har chij mai okkkkkk.or joh worker unhe kam profit mai kam karne wale mile unhe woh job par rakh lete dusre labour ki jagah......bass itna hi hai isme.....
