Hy,
For the first one, i would make it not equal to.
Second one, the answer is 98.

in the first one just put a line across '=' sign...
so it becomes not equal to..
and in the second one the answer is 98..
became you can see it follows a pattern that is
2+3=8
that is 2 . (3+1) = 8
3+7=27
that is 3 . (7+2)=27
like this..
7+8=7 . (8+6) =98...
