Here is your explanation:-

LOOK;

Its given that AB and CD are parallel lines

Let angle FOD=38°

Then angle a will be equal to angle FOD which is 38°because AB//CD and they are alternate Angle,i.e,they are at alternate side (This is only applied when two lines are //)

NOW;

Angle a + 30°=2b [As stated they are corresponding angles]

So....,
Now put the value of angle a which is already calculated above,i.e,38°

Now,solve to get the value of b

2b=38+30
2b=68
b=68/2
b=34°

therefore------>value of a=38° & b=34°
