Go and type something in ask tab, then click the plus in bottom right, then click the image button in bottom left.

Answer:

1.) Click on the + sign as shown in first image.

2.) Cilck on the attach option .

3.) Choose the image which you want to add as shown in 3rd image.

4.) Then you can Take photo, Draw or attach the image as shown in 3 image.
