ANYONE GENIUS HERE .........................................................................??????????????????????Two points masses , m each carrying charges -q and +q are attached to the ends of massless rigid non conducting rod of length l. The arrangement is placed in a uniformal electrical field E such that the rod makes a small angle θ = 15° with the field direction . Show that minimum time needed by the rod to align itself along the field ( after it is set free ) is t =  \frac{ \pi }{2}  \sqrt{ \frac{ml}{2qE} }
