Dear Students and Parents

Kindly note the following points for Half Yearly Online Assessments:-

1. The Assessment will be conducted on Zoom!.

Assessment will be in the form of objective and subjective both.

2. The Time for the Assessment will be

8:20to 8:50am(objective)

9:10 to 9:50am(subjective)

Students to enter zoom link with full name and section. Class teacher will observe the students so same link to be used for both assessments.

3. Link for the Objective Assessment (Microsoft Form) will be shared well in time.Students should click on the Link and they will be able to access the Assessment. Ensure students log in at the correct time.

4. All children should be ready with all support material required for the Subjective Assessment (4 ruled register sheets, pencil ,pen, colours ,erasers,Sharpner geometry box, rough sheets ) .

All sheets should carry your full name, class section , roll no. and sheet no.

This should be done beforehand.

Anysheet missing with all these details will be taken as cancel and will not be entertained.

5.Read the instructions carefully before starting the paper.

6. Please encourage your child to answer the questions themselves.

7. Ensure that there is no noise in the room once the Assessment starts.

Keep Audio and Video ON throughout the Assessment time so that teachers can invigilate. It should be on off mode even once, else you will be marked absent.

Please check your device audio and video connectivity and internet connectivity beforehand.

8.Students will submit the subjective test in the form of pdf.

9. No student will leave the class without the permission of teacher else AB will be marked for exam.

10.Write only answers on the sheet with the proper Question number given in question paper.

11. Students will submit both subjective and objective test only once. If multiple submission is found the test will be cancelled.
