2) in order for the poor to be heard they need representation through NGOs , political leaders and Councillors . these prominent people will stand as leaders and will represent the poor in order to express there views to the government.

the poor have to get united in order to stand up and fight for their cause. in order for their voice to be heard they have to take initiatives and exploit their available natural resources as well as increase and strengthen their internal democracy .this will help them to stand as a united front. they should spread their feeling to other villages and get their support

  1. No, they should be distributed according to each individual contribution to that economic growth . opportunity should be evenly distributed not guaranteed result .laggards should not be rewarded.

  3. of course, the gains of economic growth should be equally distributed among the citizens so as to make an economically even society. Also this would be as per one of the basis causes of democracy i. e,economic justice
