Time Theory is found only in Indian Music. It specyfies the time of singing a particular Ragas. According to this theory, the time table of Raga Gayan is divided in to two categories. The 24 hours of the day, is desected into two. The first part is counted from 12 noon to midnight and the second part is counted from midnight to 12 noon. The first part is called the Poorva Bhaag and the second part is termed the Uttar Bhaag.
