Feroze Gandhi (Born as Feroze Jehangir Ghandy) was an Indian politician and journalist. He served as the publisher of The National Herald and The Navjivan newspapers from Lucknow. In 1942 he married Indira Nehru and they had two sons, Rajiv Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi. His elder son, Rajiv Gandhi later also went on to become the Prime Minister of India. Feroze Gandhi became a member of the provincial parliament (1950–1952), and later a member of the Lok Sabha, the Lower House of India's parliament.
Feroze was son of Jehangir Khan , a Muslim small time shop keeper in Allahabad. They were of grocers to Nehru Family. After Jehangir Khan's untimely death , the widow got married to a Parsi having surname Ghandy , not Gandhi. Parsis have no Gandhi surname. These are recorded fact and nothing, as such, wrong to marry son of a Muslim man . It was a ploy of Congress to use MK Gandhi's name and save Nehru's face . Feroze was never accepted by Nehru and Indira got separated after Rajiv's Birth. And today we have so called Nehru- Gandhi Family ruling us for many decades! Feroze Khan- Ghady's 100 B Anniv was in 2012 , Congos and Rahul Baba just forgot. Now 2017 is Indira Pridarshini Nehru- Khan- Ghandy's 100th B Anniv. Let us see what Congo Team, Pappu Bhai and Sonia Matjee ( or Bahujee) do . Recently Great Grand Son of M K Gandhi asked Rahul Baba to stop fooling Indian Citizens by calling themselves Gandhis! But it's too late. Long back this should had been done.
