SN2 reactions are favoured by polar aprotic solvents like DMSO and acetone and they proceed with strong nucleophile like CH3O-,  CN-, RS-, N3-, HO-.

Heya_____________friend
Here is your answer_______________-____ok

No matter if it is an SN1 or SN2 reaction, polar solvents are generally preferred to use. However, in substitution reactions, we focus on whether the solvent is polar protic or polar aprotic. ... The polar protic solvent can interact electrostatically with the nucleophile thereby stabilizing it.

I hope it will help you

Thanks for the good question
