SUFFIX- a letter or group of letters that you add at the end of the word and it change the meaning of that word. e.g. ADJECTIVE- sad SUFFIX- ness "sadness"

PREFIX- a letter or group of letters that you add at the beginning of the word. e.g. PREFIX- inter ADJECTIVE - between "interactive"
