A finite verb is a form of a verb that has a subject (expressed or implied) and can function as the root of an independent clause; an independent clause can, in turn, stand alone as a complete sentence.
Most nonfinite verbs found in English are infinitives, participles and gerunds. (They sometimes are called verbals, but that term has traditionally applied only to participles and gerunds.

A finite verb changes with the number or person of the subject.
A finite verb can be the predicates of sentences by themselves.
A finite verb usually comes with the simple present, present perfect, present continuous and so on.
Whereas a non finite verb does not change with the number or the person or the subject.
It can't be the predicate of sentences by themselves.
None finite verbs are - gerunds, participle(ed,en,ing),infinitive, and they sometimes come in perfect participle form(eg - having typed)
