anyone Pls explain this question, very urgent, this is of sound chapter, class 9th

the observer sees the flash first and the hears the sounds a little later as light travels faster than sound and therefore the light is first seen and sound is heard after some time incase light being faster than sound reaches first to the observer and the sound reach to the observer a little later
