There are two ways to find:

1): cos^2theta=1-sin^2theta=1-(4/9)=5/9

cos theta=√5/3

Now you can find other 4

tan=sin/cos=(2/3)/(√5/3)=2/√5

2) sin=height/hypotenuse

hypotenuse^2=base^2+height^2

Here hypotenuse=3, height=2

3^2=2^2+base^2

base^2=9-4=5

base=√5

cos=base/hypotenuse=√5/3

Now you can find the rest 4

tan=height/base=2/√5
