Given :-

=> h = 24cm , r1 = 30/2=15cm , r2 = 10/2 = 5cm.

SOLUTION :-

=> As we know that,

=> l = √h²+(r1-r2)²

=> .°. L = √24²+(15-5)²

=> l = √576 + 100

=> l = √676

=> .°. l = 26cm.

=> (I) Volume of bucket = ⅓πh((r1)²+(r2)²+r1r2)

=> ⅓ * 3.14 * 24(15²+5²+15*5)

=> 3.14 * 8 (225+25+75)

=> .°. Volume of bucket = 8164cm³.

=> .°. Quantity of milk = 8164/1000 = 8.164L

=> .°. Cost of 8.164 litres milk = Rs. 20 * 8.164

=> .°. Cost of 8.164 litres milk = Rs. 163.28

=> (II) TSA of bucket ( excluding the upper end)

=> πl(r1+r2)+π(r2)²

=>3.14*26(15+5)+3.14*5²

=> 1632.8 + 78.5

=> .°. TSA of bucket = 1711.3cm².

=> Cost of 100cm² metal sheet = Rs. 10

=> .°. Cost of 1711.3 cm² metal sheet,

=> .°. 1711.3 × 10/100

=>.°.Cost of 1711.3 cm² metal sheet = Rs. 171.13.

Therefore, the cost of metal sheet is Rs. 171.13.

Given

Depth of the frustum = 24 cm

Radius of the top = 15 cm

Radius of the bottom = 5 cm

Volume of bucket = 1/3* πh[(r₁)²+(r₂)²+r₁r₂]

                               = 1/3 * 3.14 * 24(15²+5²+15*5)

                               = 3.14 * 8 (225+25+75)

                                = 8164 cm³

Quantity of milk = 8164/1000

                            = 8.164L

Cost of 8.164 litres milk =  20 * 8.164

                                        = Rs. 163.28

\boxed{\boxed{\bold{Therefore \ Cost \ of \ 8.164 \ litres \ milk = Rs. \ 163.28}}}

l = √h²+(r1-r2)²

  = √24²+(15-5)²

    = √576 + 100

     = √676

     = 26cm

TSA of bucket ( excluding the upper end) =  πl(r1+r2)+π(r2)²

                                                                       =3.14*26(15+5)+3.14*5²

                                                                       = 1632.8 + 78.5

                                                                        = 1711.3cm²

Cost of 100 cm² of a metal sheet = Rs. 10

Cost of  metal sheet =  1711.3 × 10/100

                                    = Rs. 171.13

\boxed{\boxed{\bold{Therefore \ the \ cos t\ of \ the \ metal \ is \ Rs \ 171.13}}}
