Always follow COPS.
Where C means have you written the words correctly?
O means have you organised the words correctly?
P means have you punctuated the words correctly?
S means have you written the spelling correctly?

First, the one thing that you should look for is the subject - verb agreement. Check for auxiliaries. For instance your question “ How we find errors in the English sentence step by step?” does not have the auxiliary verb ‘do’. It becomes a statement without it,not a question. Next, check the punctuation, correct placement/use of preposition, spelling. This should do for a start.

The subject-verb agreement, in brevity at best, has the following formuli:

Plural subject+1st form of verb

Singulair subject+1st form of verb +s/es

I/you + 1st form of verb

The above pertains to simple present. For simple past uses the 2nd form of verb. For present perfect tenses use ‘has’ for singular and ‘have’ for Plural. ‘I ‘and ‘you’ take Plural. ‘had’ for past perfect( regardless of the number).
