The correct answer is option (B).
Reason:-
We know the formula,
Tau = F×r sin (theta)
(Here all are in perpendicular direction)
;- sin 90°=1
Tau (up)= 7×2
Tau(up) =14 N m
Tau(Down) = 11 ×4
Tau (Down) = 44N m
At centre,
Tau = 44-14
Tau => 30N m.
