we \: know \: that \:  \sqrt{144}  = 12

 \sqrt{248 +  \sqrt{52 + 12} }

 \sqrt{248 +  \sqrt{64} }

we \: know \: also \: that \:  \sqrt{64}  = 8

 \sqrt{248 + 8}

 \sqrt{256}
