Apartheid is against Humanism. How do you substantiate this statement?

Apartheid was a system of racial segregation in South Africa enforced through legislation by the national party.
The apartheid system was particularly oppressive for the blacks because they were forbidden from living in white areas. They could work in white areas only if they had a permit. Trains, buses, taxis, hotels, hospitals, schools and colleges, libraries, cinema halls, theatres, beaches, swimming pools public toilets, were all separate for the whites and blacks. This was called segregation. They could not even visit the churches where the whites worshipped. Blacks could not form associations or protest against the terrible treatment. So, It is of no doubt to say Apartheid is against Humanism.
After the struggles and protests increased, at the midnight of 26 april, 1994, the new national flag of the republic of South Africa was unflured. After the birth of the democratic country, after 2 years of discussion and debate, one of the finest constitutions of the world was adopted.
Constitution of the country is required for the following reasons-
1. It generates the trusts among different kind of people.
2. It expresses the opinion of the people for building of a good society.
3. It specifies how the government will be formed, who will have the power, etc.
The constitution of India was made on 26 november 1949 and was made the centre of law on 26 january 1950.
The values adopted in the constitution of India are-
1. Parliamentary system, rule of law, single citizenship, etc were taken from Britain.
2. Preamble and Fundamental Rights, judicial review, impeachment of the president, independent judiciary, etc were taken from USA.
3. Concurrent lists, freedom of trade, joint sitting of parliament were taken from Australia.
Apartheid is the system of unequal treatment of individuals with was experienced in South Africa .
It is against humanism since:-
-Inloved racial segregation
-Breed inequality on humanity
-Lead to death
-Gulit was also evidenced leading to psychological torture
