Respected sir,

 With due respect, I beg to state that I am Sangitha Kailash, a student of class IX, Section - B in your institution.

 This is my apology letter to you, sir informing yesterday's accident. It took place in a sudden that I couldn't balance myself and fell on those flowerpots which caused the breaking of them into pieces. My deepest apologies for it. I will surely help the school gardener to recover it.

 Kindly pardon me. I will be obliged. Thanking you.
