Respected Sir,

                        I apologize for not coming to school in proper uniform today as it was raining heavily yesterday my dress got totally wet along with my shoes .I didn't have a substitute to wear on so today I came in with my PT uniform.

I request you to kindly allow me for the day and I would make sure that it won't repeat again.
