Repsected Sir,

I am the head official of the canteen service provider of your school. Recently there was a complaint made by the students regarding the quality and safety of the food served.

The case was actually the person serving was in a great hurry, this is the reson he forgot to wear the hand gloves and serve the food. I talked to him and I will take care this thing never happens in the future. It was the first time that our quality of food was question marked. Never in 10 years of history any major complaint regarding the quality of the food. The food for the children is made in a very clean and hygienic place. So,there should not be issues regarding the safety and hygiene.

I again apologize for the mistake done by one of our workers. It will surely not take place in the future service.
