Respected Sir/Madam,

                                 I am really very sorry for that mistake which happened yesterday. It all happened accidentally. I was supposed to bring some warm coffee from the canteen for Sir Rajesh  when I dropped the coffee upon you. I felt really sorry for that and wanted to ask you for apology but as I turned to face you, you were nowhere to be seen. So, I wrote this letter to you. I am really sorry for that mistake which occurred unknowingly. Please pardon me, I'll be careful from next time.
