"appendix is useful"explain?is it wrong then why?

Appendix or vermiform appendix comes from the latin word vermiform which means worm shaped,is an organ which helped to digest cellulose in humans long long back when man used to eat grasses and raw leaves. Vermiform appendix in human used to function like cecum which is presently found in herbivorous animals which eat grasses and digest cellulose.

When man started eating cooked food,there was no function of this organ,as no cellulose entered human body and no digestion of cellulose would take place.

Now,appendix became a useless organ especially in human beings.
