Apple based question- your friend Rahul is always stressed during exam times. He is a sincere and studious student ,but the thought of exam creates anxiety in him.What are some stress management techniques that you would suggest to help him?​

We should do studies with interest so our mind we be concentrate on it.
We should do physical activity it will make our mind fresh.
We have to take proper nap and proper management for the whole day so we don’t get stress.
